Dr Caris is deeply committed to creating a space where women feel heard, supported and genuinely cared for. Recognising that many women have experienced their symptoms being dismissed or minimised, Dr Caris is passionate about changing this narrative — ensuring her patients feel informed, respected and empowered in their healthcare journey. She believes that when women feel confident in their health, it has a meaningful ripple effect across every aspect of their lives, and considers it a privilege to work in partnership with her patients to achieve their health goals.

Outside of the clinic, Dr Caris enjoys spending time with her family — whether that’s at home with her two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels or cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sporting events. At Redefine Women’s Health, the focus is on understanding what matters most to you. It is a space designed by women, for women — grounded in connection, continuity and genuine partnership.
