Dr. Laura Edwards is a dedicated obstetrician and gynaecologist providing expert, compassionate care to women across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales regions. She is committed to clinical excellence, delivering evidence-based care with a strong focus on safety, surgical precision, and personalised treatment.

Dr. Laura Edwards has extensive experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, having worked across leading hospitals in Queensland and New South Wales, including the esteemed Chris O'Brien Lifehouse in Sydney. She provides comprehensive care for high and low risk pregnancies and is a skilled and experienced gynaecological surgeon. Dr. Edwards is known for her thorough consultations, and performs examinations with care and patience ensuring a strong focus on pain management and patient comfort during procedures.

Dr Edwards is passionate about partnering with women to achieve their desired birth. She has experience in the areas of water immersion in labour and birth, vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC), gentle skin to skin caesarean birth and routinely practices delayed cord clamping and preservation of the golden hour whilst ensuring a safe birth for mother and baby.
