Lyndsey Gore

Lyndsey is a passionate and highly experienced Women's Health Psychologist. Having graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014, Lyndsey has spent the last twelve years working across a range of services within both the public and private sectors. She has a strong interest in the interplay between physical and psychological health, and has undertaken additional training in perinatal psychology.

She is a qualified ISTDP therapist and draws on a range of evidence-based treatment models to provide personalised care. Lyndsey has a strong interest and experience in women’s health and has seen over time that it can be difficult for women to access a space where they feel truly heard. She is passionate about providing a non-judgemental environment where women can be their authentic selves, and feel safe to explore overwhelm, anxiety, messy thoughts and hard-to-name feelings that can build up over time.

Lyndsey’s approach is deeply empathic and centred on emotional processing. She gently encourages clients to explore their inner world, build insight and process emotions in a way that feels contained and supportive. She understands that each client and experience is different, and works at the client’s pace to achieve their personal goals. She supports women on the Southern Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales through life's challenges, transitions and significant moments with compassion, curiosity and evidence-based care.
