Last update: May 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Redefine Women's Health website (https://www.redefinewomenshealth.com.au) and the clinical services provided by our practice. By accessing our website or attending our practice, you agree to these terms.

Redefine Women's Health operates as a multidisciplinary women's health practice offering obstetric, gynaecological, general physician, psychology, physiotherapy and acupuncture services. All practitioners are registered with AHPRA and their respective National Boards.

2. Clincial services

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clinical services are provided by qualified, AHPRA-registered practitioners. Treatment recommendations are made on an individual basis following thorough clinical assessment.

Appointments are required for all clinical consultations.

We request that you:
- Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- Provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- Bring your Medicare card, referral letter (if applicable), and relevant medical records
- Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and lifestyle factors to your practitioner

We understand that circumstances change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments affect our ability to care for other patients. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or for appointments where you do not attend without notice.

3. Fees and billing

Consultation fees
Our practice fees are available upon request and will be discussed with you prior to or at your appointment. Fees may vary depending on the type and length of consultation, the practitioner seen, and any procedures performed.

Medicare and Private Health Insurance
Where applicable, Medicare rebates may apply to services provided by eligible practitioners. Private health insurance rebates may apply for services provided by our allied health practitioners. We recommend confirming your entitlements with Medicare and your insurer prior to your appointment.

Patients are responsible for any gap payments or fees not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of consultation unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment by EFTPOS or credit card. We are not responsible for delays in Medicare or insurance rebate processing.
